Dear Thuan, Hope you and your family all are well! Just had lunch with Kjerstin Gatenbeck to get some feedback from their journey. They are over all very satisfied. The hotels in Hanoi and Saigon very good – but if they could choose, they would have chosen smaller cosier ambiance, smaller hotels. They are comparing with guesthouses in South Africa, and I know you are not having this In the same way as South Africa. They liked Nam Hai a lot.
He was really amazed of how well you did manage to get it to Hoi An and to Lars Gatenbeck. He is full of respect for you and the way you handled it. Above this he is sooooo grateful for your assistance.  Last dinner at the Deck – super!!
