Probably the best way to explore Hanoi night life and foods is by Vespa motorbike. You will be picked up in the early evening to enjoy a fun tour with a local guide on the back of a Vespa motorbike. Your Vespa driver will pick you up at your hotel around 6.00pm and brief you about the nightlife in Hanoi and the tour program. Then head to a stylish local Café to enjoy a cocktail or any kind of drinks you prefer and taste a delicious snack from one of the nearby night time vendors, before jumping on the back of the vintage Vespas.
We will weave through the magical, busy back streets of the Old Quarter and we soon arrive at a fascinating local joint, right on the railway tracks where we try some infused rice wine and a Buffalo Jerky appetiser. It’s back riding through the narrow streets again, as we head toward our next foodie place, a lively local restaurant serving Bun Cha.
This quintessential, must taste Ha Noi dish of rice noodles, grilled pork and meatballs, with a side of spring rolls. Simple but delicious. We then head out of the Old Quarter and ride toward West Lake to try the local speciality of Pho Cuon, and learn the art of wrap ‘n’ roll, Vietnamese style with these fresh & fragrant ingredients, and the Pho noodle. After dinner, you will be taken on to a Jazz Club, next to the superb Opera House for drinks and enjoy the 30’s style Jazz & traditional Vietnamese music. You will end the trip at around 10.00pm and your Vespa driver will bring you back the hotel for the night.
